Las Palmeras apartment for holiday rent is a fantastic location with its clifftop setting giving superb views over the Mediterranean from the beautiful gardens and communal pool area. Also being right in the centre of Nerja and a short walk to Torrecilla beach all facilities are easily to hand. The building is served by a lift and secure entry phone system.
This self catering holiday rental apartment is 3rd floor and comprises twin bedroom with door to small terrace with superb views over the pool, gardens and sea beyond. Bathroom with a shower over the bath. Modernised kitchen including oven, hob and microwave, fridge and a washing machine, Lounge/diner with satellite TV. Patio doors lead to a terrace with glorious southerly views and with dining table and chairs.
The apartment has recently been refurbished with some new furniture, new kitchen etc.. As shown in the photos. An updated video will soon be online.

BOOKING TERMS for this property
Payment: 25 percent of the total amount on booking confirmation, and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is payable 21 days before entry date. If the Check-in date is within the 21 days of making the booking, the 100% will be required and is not refundable. If payments are made via bank transfer from outside the European Union, you need to add €uros 25 to each transfer to cover extra bank costs.
To ensure validity, reservations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the day of entry.
