Jardines de Burriana holiday apartment in Nerja is a brand new and high quality development of individual apartments in a premier location just a few minutes up from the Burriana Beach. The centre of Nerja is a 7 - 10 minute stroll away. The general standard of fittings and finishes is higher than is traditionally found in such apartments and particular attention to high quality detail is evident in the internal doors, fitted wardrobes and kitchens. All have ample south/south west facing terraces and there is a lovely pool and garden at Jardin de Burriana.
The apartment contains one bedroom with 2 single beds, one bedroom with one double bed and two bathroom. This apartment has been upgraded to include an ensuite bathroom, and the bed in the master bedroom is now a 150cm bed. One of the bathrooms is equipped with a tub/shower and the other a shower.

BOOKING TERMS for this property
Payment: 25 percent of the total amount on booking confirmation, and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is payable 21 days before entry date. If the Check-in date is within the 21 days of making the booking, the 100% will be required and is not refundable. If payments are made via bank transfer from outside the European Union, you need to add €uros 25 to each transfer to cover extra bank costs.
For bookings of fewer than 7 nights, an additional cost of 96 €, not included in the initial price, will need to be paid along with the final payment.
To ensure validity, reservations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the day of entry.
