Holiday townhouse for holiday rent in La Hacienda is a lovely development of one, two and three bedroom town houses. The complex is built in an oval shape with the communal swimming pool and gardens in the centre and the houses positioned around the pool. The development is secure and private.
This townhouse is basically furnished and consists of a lounge & kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a family bathroom. There is also a large terrace outside the property.
La Hacienda is situated approximately 5 minutes walk from Nerja´s Burriana Beach and 10 -- 15 minutes walk to the centre of Nerja town. The nearest shops, bars and restaurants are only 3-4 minutes walk away.
Please note communal pools are closed from October & re open for Easter

BOOKING TERMS for this property
Payment: 25 percent of the total amount on booking confirmation, and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is payable 21 days before entry date. If the Check-in date is within the 21 days of making the booking, the 100% will be required and is not refundable. If payments are made via bank transfer from outside the European Union, you need to add €uros 25 to each transfer to cover extra bank costs.
To ensure validity, reservations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the day of entry.
