On the 1 st. floor (17 steps from street level)  the property has a lovely open plan lounge – dining room that leads out to the large sunny south facing terrace which has stunning sea views across the communal pool and gardens. There is a swish well equipped kitchen with all appliances including a washing machine and dishwasher. There are 3 good sized bedrooms with two single beds in each bedroom that can be joined together. These are serviced by 2 modern shower rooms, 1 being en-suite. Presented to a high standard throughout.
