The apartment is on the 4th floor of a traditional type apartment block served by entry phone and a lift. Next to the building are a garden and pool for the exclusive use of the guests and residents.

The accommodation comprises two bedrooms, the first having double bed and the second with twin beds and doors to the terrace. The lounge includes dining table and chairs and has satellite TV and doors to the terrace. The bathroom has a shower over the bath. The kitchen includes oven, hob and microwave and the apartment also has a washing machine. The terrace also has a further table and chairs for al fresco dining.
