The second bedroom has twin beds. The bathroom is complete with shower over the bath. Downstairs there is a fully equipped kitchen, including washing machine, fridge, oven, hob and microwave. There is also a cloakroom. The lounge has satellite TV, dining table and chairs. Patio doors lead to a good size terrace with table & chairs, lounger chairs and sunbeds.
Los Pinos is a sought after development of Andalucian style townhouses built around the mature communal gardens and pool. Situated in a quiet residential area around 5 minutes walk to either Burriana or Carabeo beaches and the same into the town.

BOOKING TERMS for this property
Payment: 25 percent of the total amount on booking confirmation, and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is payable 21 days before entry date. If the Check-in date is within the 21 days of making the booking, the 100% will be required and is not refundable. If payments are made via bank transfer from outside the European Union, you need to add €uros 25 to each transfer to cover extra bank costs.
To ensure validity, reservations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the day of entry.
