It’s less than 10 minutes walk to the Balcon de Europa in the centre of Nerja and only 2 minutes to the nearest beach approximately 200m down the road. The apartment has a lovely aspect, facing north with a view of the mountains and overlooking a wide pedestrian tree lined avenue. The balcony runs the width of the apartment and is furnished with a table and chairs which can be enjoyed all year round. The apartment offers all modern amenities, HVAC system, free WIFI, TV with English and other European languages, communal swimming pool (although this is usually not open during winter month), lifts, entrances to front and back of building, etc

BOOKING TERMS for this property
Payment: 25 percent of the total amount on booking confirmation, and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is payable 21 days before entry date. If the Check-in date is within the 21 days of making the booking, the 100% will be required and is not refundable. If payments are made via bank transfer from outside the European Union, you need to add €uros 25 to each transfer to cover extra bank costs.
To ensure validity, reservations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the day of entry.
