La Hacienda 22 in Nerja is a charming and quiet, very well equipped apartment, close to the Burriana beach. Located in a gated community with communal gardens and a large communal swimming pool, it is an ideal place for families and couples. The house is built over two floors, on the ground floor there is a large living room/dining room with fireplace, comfortable sofas, flat-screen TV, patio door leading to a beautiful terrace with views to the sea and the mountains. The kitchen is completely independent and is fully equipped with ceramic hob, electric oven, large fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher and all modern comforts. On this floor there is also a cloakroom with toilet and washing machine. A spiral staircase leads to the second floor where there are three bedrooms. The main bedroom has a large double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, a Juliette balcony , and an en-suite bathro with shower The second bedroom is a large room with two single beds and the third bedroom has bunk beds (twin), both with built-in wardrobes and access to a small balcony. These two bedrooms share a family bathroom. All rooms are air conditioned and there is free Wi-Fi Internet service.
