Bajamar I - 6 is an established, town-house style for holiday rental in development situated in Nerja in a quiet area yet close to both the town centre and Burriana beach, both of which are around a 5 minute walk away. Number 6 has been built with entry at the upper floor level from which the accommodation comprises: hallway leading to two good sized bedrooms, both with twin beds and fitted wardrobes; the master has doors to a juliet balcony overlooking the communal pool and gardens and with views of the mountains and a glimpse of the sea. Complete bathroom with a shower over the bath.

Stairs lead down to the living area where there is a cloakroom, kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven, hob, microwave, washing machine etc and breakfast table and chairs. The lounge is spacious and is equipped with TV. Patio doors lead to a good size east facing terrace for morning sun with sun loungers and further dining table and chairs. A private gateway leads directly to the communal gardens and pool where there is also a very generous sunbathing area.
