This apartment has been renovated and its decoration is taken care of in detail. Very comfortable accommodation and suitable for 4 people. Kitchen equipped with microwave, oven, ceramic hob, toaster and washing machine. This charming two bedroom apartment is located on the west side of Nerja, close to the river Chillar. It is less than 10 minutes walk from the Balcon de Europa in the center of Nerja and only 2 minutes from the nearest beach about 200 meters. The apartment has a charming, north-facing look overlooking the mountains and overlooking a wide tree-lined pedestrian avenue. The balcony spans the entire width of the apartment and is furnished with a table and chairs that can be enjoyed all year round. The apartment offers its guests all the comforts, air conditioning system, free WIFI, TV with English and other European languages, communal pool (although it is usually not open during the winter), elevators, entrances to the front and back of the building, etc. SMOKING AND PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
NOTE: The second bedroom is equipped with a fan rather than an air conditioning system.

BOOKING TERMS for this property
Payment: 25 percent of the total amount on booking confirmation, and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is payable 21 days before entry date. If the Check-in date is within the 21 days of making the booking, the 100% will be required and is not refundable. If payments are made via bank transfer from outside the European Union, you need to add €uros 25 to each transfer to cover extra bank costs.
To ensure validity, reservations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the day of entry.
