Tuhillo 1H is a first floor duplex apartment offering 3 bedrooms. The principal accommodation is at entry level and comprises three bedrooms, one with double bed, one with twin beds and one with a single bed. Bathroom with bath, shower over, wash basin, wc and bidet. The kitchen includes dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer. There is also a washing machine. The lounge has a good size dining table and chairs before widening to the lounge area with comfy sofas and satellite TV. Sliding doors lead to a large covered terrace, facing south and with further dining table and chairs. From the lounge a spiral staircase takes you down to a second lounge and screened by curtains is a 4th bedroom area with twin beds and an en suite shower room. Patio doors lead from the lower lounge to a covered terrace and from here a gateway leads directly to the well maintained communal gardens and good size swimming pool. From the terraces the views over the pool area and on to the Mediterranean are simply stunning and the pool is lit at night for those wishing to enjoy an evening drink on their terrace.

There is a large free car park located within a 5 minutes' walk

On its entry level it has 3 bedrooms, one bathroom, a lounge and a kitchen

There is a direct access to the garden and pool from the lower balcony.

Prices are based on a maximum occupancy of 6 persons. Additional charge applies of €49 for an extra person in a folding bed.
