A pretty central apartment found in a quiet spot, just a 5 minute walk away from the famous Balcony of Europe and it’s beaches. It is in an ideal location from which you enjoy the life of the village.

The property is on the first floor ( without lift) and is distributed as follows. The main living area, equipped with sofa, dining table with 4 chairs, TV with both Spanish and non-Spanish channels, air conditioning and free Wifi. There is also a safe for the use of guests. From the living room we find the semi-open kitchen, equipped with fridge freezer, oven, ceramic hob, dish washer, kettle and all necessary utensils.

There are 2 bedrooms, the main bedroom with double bed (135cm x 200cm) and balcony and the second bedroom with bunk beds. Both are equipped with air conditioning and share the family shower room fitted with massage shower. To access the wonderful roof terrace there is a staircase from the lounge.

At the top of the stairs we find the washing machine and clothes drying rack as well as a small fridge. The terrace itself comprises 3 areas; The main area with built in barbeque and sink, the dining area with dining table, 4 chairs and large parasol, and the relaxing area with a swing settee and small table with 2 chairs from which you can enjoy the views of the mountains.
