A surprisingly large apartment in the centre of Nerja, with a wonderful roof terrace. This apartment is divided over various floors and consists of; First floor a large, airy lounge with sofas and arm chairs, a wood burning stove, a ceiling fam, a portable air conditioning unit, and a large TV. Up a few steps we come to the kitchen, with skylight, with a fridge freezer, microwave/grill, a 2 ring portable, induction hob, kettle, toaster. The washing machine is found on the top level. Just past this we find a cloak room. We then come to a dining area equipped with table and chairs and here the apartment divides. Up a few steps we come to 2 double bedrooms both equipped with double beds, wardrobes and air conditioning, and a large family shower room. The main bedroom has a 4 poster bamboo bed, and a small ventilation opening to the outside. On this level there is also a small terrace with table and chairs.

 

On the next level we find another double bedroom equipped with air conditioning and 2 single beds and from here we gain access to the roof terrace which is equipped with a dining table and 6 chairs under a shaded pergola, hammocks and a BBQ. This lovely apartment has free Wifi and is in a fantastic location with easy access to the beach and all the local amenities.

 

It is a perfect place from which to enjoy the life of the town, but is not in a quiet location.
