It is renovated and decorated in a modern style . In the living room and in the bedroom there is air conditioning. The kitchen is open to the living room and it has an oven, cooker and microwave and a bar with high stools for eating. Located in the Parador area, it is surrounded by a good range of shops and services and the closest beach is a few meters away. The Balcón de Europa is less than ten minutes away on foot and is an ideal place not to use the car.

BOOKING TERMS for this property
Payment: 25 percent of the total amount on booking confirmation, and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is payable 21 days before entry date. If the Check-in date is within the 21 days of making the booking, the 100% will be required and is not refundable. If payments are made via bank transfer from outside the European Union, you need to add €uros 25 to each transfer to cover extra bank costs.
To ensure validity, reservations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the day of entry.
