Payment: 25 percent of the total amount on booking confirmation, and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is payable 21 days before entry date. If the Check-in date is within the 21 days of making the booking, the 100% will be required and is not refundable. If payments are made via bank transfer from outside the European Union, you need to add €uros 25 to each transfer to cover extra bank costs.

For bookings of fewer than 7 nights, an additional cost of 96 €, not included in the initial price, will need to be paid along with the final payment.

To ensure validity, reservations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the day of entry.

On this property, prices are valid and go until 31/12/2026 if you request a price with Check-out after that date, the total amount will not be correct.
