Aguamarina No. 12 is a spacious holiday apartment for rent in Nerja on the top floor, well located in a quiet residential area. Burriana Beach is around 5 minutes away and the Balcón de Europa, the town centre, is a pleasant 10 minute walk.
This apartment is spacious and comprises a large L shaped lounge diner with Spanish TV and numerous doorways to the terrace. Large kitchen, equipped with oven, hob, microwave, washing machine and fridge freezer. Three bedrooms, two with double beds and patio doors to the terrace, one with twin beds. Two bathrooms, each with shower over the bath. There is a fourth bedroom with single bed.
The apartment has terracing to two sides, facing south and east, accessed from the lounge and two of the bedrooms which has magnificent views of the mountains and the Mediterranean.
There is a communal pool and garden at Aguamarina for the use of guests - open June 1st - October 1st.

BOOKING TERMS for this property
Payment: 25 percent of the total amount on booking confirmation, and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is payable 21 days before entry date. If the Check-in date is within the 21 days of making the booking, the 100% will be required and is not refundable. If payments are made via bank transfer from outside the European Union, you need to add €uros 25 to each transfer to cover extra bank costs.
To ensure validity, reservations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the day of entry.
