The interior is of high quality, featuring marble floors and solid pine doors. There is a spacious living-dining area with dual aspect windows and access to a terrace with sea views.

The master bedroom has sliding "French windows" that lead out to a large, sunny main terrace accessible from the master bedroom, offering 180° views from the sea to the Sierra Almijara mountains to the north. The terrace includes an outdoor kitchen with a portable grill, washing machine, and patio furniture—perfect for outdoor living and dining in summer. During the summer months, all guests have free access to the spacious private swimming pool and garden of Residensol.

The complex is located in one of the most sought-after residential areas on the eastern side of Nerja, just a 4-5 minute walk to Burriana Beach, Nerja’s main beach, where you’ll find plenty of bars, restaurants, and all necessary amenities. The Balcón de Europa, Nerja’s town center, is just a 15-minute walk along a quiet residential street or a 7-minute drive.
