The Verde Mar 28 holiday rental apartment is a  traditional two bedroom apartment benefiting from a superb location and lovely Mediterranean views.

The apartment is second floor and has an unusual layout. The accommodation comprises kitchen with fridge-freezer, oven and hobs, and a microwave. The apartment also has a washing machine.

There are two bedrooms, one with double bed, doors to the terrace and en suite shower room. The second bedroom has twin beds. There is a second shower room. The lounge diner is double aspect and is segregated into a dining area with table and chairs and a lounge area with fireplace, sofas and TV.

There are patio doors to two separate terraces, one facing south and the other to the south and west, both have lovely sea views and are perfectly placed for people watching over the street and viewpoint below. The second terrace also overlooks the communal pool and gardens.

The Verde Mar building is well maintained and served by secure entry phone system and a lift. There are beautiful gardens and a good size pool for exclusive use of guests at Verde Mar. It is superbly situated straight across the road from Carabeillo beach and just a short level walk from the old town and the Balcón de Europa.

Communal pool is closed November to April inclusive.
