Bellavista 2-3B is a stylish newly built apartment in the desirable Parador area of Nerja situated between the town centre and Burriana Beach. The nearest beaches are 5 minutes walk and the town centre with the famous Balcon de Europa beauty spot is a 10 minute walk.

The apartment is on the top (third) floor and very bright with three balconies providing spectacular views of both the mountains and the sea. The main bedroom benefits from sunshine in the morning while the living room balcony faces south west with sunset views in the evening.

The building has a communal roof terrace for sunbathing with numerous sun loungers, a swim spa, jacuzzi and shower. Facilities include secure shaded dedicated parking, lift, hot and cold air conditioning in the bedrooms and the living room, television with non-Spanish channels and free WiFi. There are 2 double bedrooms: the main bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite shower room with an east facing balcony looking out onto the Burriana area with mountain and sea views; the second bedroom adjoins the family shower room and has twin beds with a balcony looking out onto the mountains. The living room is open plan with a fully equipped modern kitchen and breakfast bar, dining area with room for six and comfortable lounge.

The kitchen features a ceramic hob, electric oven, dish washer and washing machine. The main living area has folding doors which extend the space onto the south-west facing terrace with views of the village and the sea.

The famous Nerja caves and spectacular mountain village of Frigiliana are a short drive away, with Malaga airport reachable in under an hour. The Jacuzzi closed from November to February.
