The property consists of 3 bedrooms with a total of 6 single beds, one family bathroom and a separate fully fitted kitchen. The open plan lounge is very spacious and have access via floor to ceiling glass doors to the sunny south facing terrace with its uninterrupted and stunning sea views..

Communal pool, the beach is right bellow and it is practically in the town centre, level walking walking to the Balcon de Europa (Nerja´s very centre) is a pleasnt 8 minutes walk. The property enjoys SAT TV with multiple channels, BBc etc..
